BRENTWOOD, Tenn., July 26, 2010 … Softspikes®, the world’s best-selling golf cleat brand and maker of the #1 Cleat on TOUR, captured its 55th career Major this weekend, as the winner and 8 of the top 11 finishers donned Softspikes at The Senior Open Championship.
Adding to another successful weekend on the combined professional tours, 24 of the top 37 finishers, including the runner-up, wore Softspikes at the PGA TOUR’s RBC Canadian Open. Additionally, Softspikes captured the win at the LPGA’s Evian Masters, while the Company’s hottest new cleat, BLACK WIDOW® TOUR™, was worn by the winner at the Nationwide Tour’s Children’s Hospital Invitational.
