World’s First Golf and Automotive GPS with Portable Media Player

SAN DIEGO, August 3, 2010 – L1 Technologies, parent company of the iGolf brand, has partnered with Expresso Satellite Navigation, Ltd. to provide golf GPS software for their AG1 crossover navigation device.

The AG1 provides unparalleled design, as well as an advanced set of features never before combined in one consumer GPS device. “With collaborations between multiple GPS industry leaders, along with thousands of hours spent in intensive R&D, Expresso is excited that the AG1 has created an entirely new category of portable navigation products,” said Mike Aroney, Managing Director of Expresso Satellite Navigation.

iGolf GPS

With access to the latest GPS technology from iGolf, the AG1 is a fully functional golf GPS rangefinder. Golfers have the option of mapping their own course, or subscribing to the iGolf database, which contains professionally mapped GPS data and course listings for more than 33,000 worldwide golf courses. Interactive hole maps with multi-level zoom allow golfers to find the distance to any point on each mapped course for detailed shot planning and club selection. Golfers can also measure shot distance and track scoring.

Automotive GPS

The AG1 features award winning automotive GPS software from Navigon, known for its accuracy, ease-of-use and unrivaled features. NAVTEQ’s premium map database, utilized by the finest car manufacturers in the world, ensures that users have one of the most accurate GPS systems in the world.

Multimedia and Patented Design

The Expresso AG1 allows for viewing of movies, TV shows and pictures on a full color Mobile HDTM wide screen. The bright 3.6″ color LCD is nearly 6X the amount of pixels and twice the resolution of a standard GPS device, and dual stereo speakers provide powerful sound for MP3 music and videos. With a unique, patented design the AG1 provides multiple built-in mounting capabilities for any viewing situation.
