Donations to Provide Scholarships for Spouses, Children of U.S. Military Members
(WATERSOUND, Fla.) — Camp Creek Golf Club — the award-winning Tom Fazio design developed by The St. Joe Company and located along Northwest Florida’s stunning Gulf Coast — today announces its participation in Patriot Golf Day, September 4 and 5 honoring members of the armed forces.
Golfers can make donations benefiting the Folds of Honor Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides postsecondary educational scholarships for the children and spouses of military men and women disabled or killed while serving the United States. Those who give $5 will receive a 25% discount on merchandise in the Camp Creek golf shop if they hit the green on the par-3 16th hole on their first shot.
“Patriot Golf Day is an opportunity for golfers to give back to the families of the men and women who have sacrificed so much for this country,” says Jaxon Hardy, head golf professional at Camp Creek. “We are proud to participate in a program that will have a lasting effect on the lives of military families.”
