DENVER, Aug. 30, 2010 – YES! Golf recorded back-to-back victories on the European Tour with the winner of last week’s Johnnie Walker Championship at The Gleneagles Hotel in Scotland using a Callie putter. The previous week, the winner of the Czech Open used the Mollie putter. This is YES! Golf’s fourth win of the year on the European Tour. The winners of the BMW International in Munich and Barclay’s Scottish Open also used the popular YES! C-Groove putters.
The Callie is a toe-down cavity back blade putter made of 304 stainless steel with a head weight of 355 grams. The shaft is straight with an offset plumber neck connection hosel. A single sight line is found in the back cavity for ease of alignment. The putter has a suggested retail of $190.
Last week’s winner was also selected by Ryder Cup Captain Colin Montgomery to represent Europe in the Ryder Cup October 1-3 at Celtic Manor Resort in City of Newport, Wales.
