NEW YORK, NEW YORK – Full Swing Golf was on hand as part of the Play Golf Experience at the New York Stock Exchange, an interactive area where 1200 NYSE employees could take a break from the trading floor and hit the links in the Full Swing golf simulator. The Play Golf America Experience also featured free swing and putting lessons from Metropolitan PGA Professionals.
As a part of this year’s biennial happening, a press conference was held featuring Corey Pavin’s final four picks for the U.S. team, ringing of the closing bell by Pavin himself, and the interactive golf experience at the front steps of the Stock Exchange building. As the picks were unveiled and the press conference came to a close, stock exchange employees and press agents made their way down the steps to the simulator and other interactive golf stations, which provided hours of entertainment for fans of golf.
To get the crowds fired up, Full Swing Golf provided guests with a closest-to-the-hole contest set on one of the 67 championship courses offered on the indoor golf system. The simulator entertained a long line of participants throughout the day, with the four closest contenders each walking away with a TaylorMade Open Championship staff golf bag.
