The #1 cleat on tour dominates weekend with wins on Nationwide Tour, PGA Tour, Champions Tour and LPGA Tour
BRENTWOOD, Tenn., September 13, 2010… Softspikes®, the world’s best-selling golf cleat brand and maker of the #1 Cleat on TOUR, captured four victories across the professional golf tours this past weekend. Led by BLACK WIDOW® TOUR™, golf’s first adjustable cleat, which was worn by the winner at the Nationwide Tour’s Utah Championship Presented by Utah Sports Commission, Softspikes brand cleats were worn by winners at the PGA TOUR’s BMW Championship, the Champions Tour’s Posco E&C Songdo Championship Presented by Gale International and the LPGA’s P&G Arkansas Championship Presented by Walmart.
Adding to a successful weekend on tour, 10 of the top 14 weekend finishers on the Champions Tour wore Softspikes brand cleats, along with 27 of the top 34 finishers on the Nationwide Tour and 28 of the top 41 finishers on the LPGA Tour.
