About Golf a la Carte
Golf a la Carte® seeks to showcase the culinary creativity of the men and women who work-too often behind the scenes-at America’s great golf clubs and resorts.
This series of full color, hardback cookbooks presents the signature dishes of the finest chefs, presenting recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, salads and soups, desserts, sauces and more. Each recipe is presented, where possible, with a color photograph of the dish or the golf club/resort from which it was submitted.
The first book in the Golf a la Carte® series, The Southeast (Foreword by Arnold Palmer), has sold more than 5,000 copies and has garnered rave reviews for its colorful presentation and wide variety of recipes.
There is absolutely NO COST to submit recipes. After publication, we will make the cookbooks available to each participating club at below wholesale so they can be sold profitably in the club’s pro shop/resort gift shop or used as premiums or prizes for the membership. Golf a la Carte®: The Pacific Coast will be available for the holidays.
FAQs about submissions and an online recipe submission form can be found at www.golfcookbook.com/submissions.html.
