Project fast-tracked through seamless design, build process
(OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla.) — Tom Hoch — a pioneer in revenue-based design and turn-key, design-build interior architecture solutions — has completed clubhouse renovations at Falcon’s Fire Golf Club in Kissimmee, Florida.
Tom Hoch utilized its design and build expertise to enhance core golf and incremental revenue centers, and inject life into the 10,700-square-foot clubhouse. New furniture, fixtures and equipment, wrought by the firm’s highly-skilled craftsmen, were installed by an in-house team with minimal outsourcing.
The project was fast-tracked and completed in just three months, reducing the economic impact and minimizing disruption to golfers.
“By working during the summer months, and utilizing a concurrent design-build process, the clubhouse interior at Falcon’s Fire was complete well before the peak season begins,” says Hoch.
“Tom Hoch was selected because of its expertise and reputation for designing and building quality clubhouse interiors that stand the test of time,” says Steve Schaller, Falcon’s Fire general manager. “The firm is an industry leader in clubhouse renovation, and streamlining operations through smart design.”
Featuring a Rees Jones designed championship golf course, Falcon’s Fire is one of Florida’s premier golf destinations. Stretching nearly 7,000 yards from the back tees and providing golfers four sets of tees to choose from, the course offers a challenging yet playable venue for a relaxing round with friends or a competitive tournament. Falcon’s Fire is conveniently located just steps from the Walt Disney World Resort, Orlando International Airport and the Orange County Convention Center.
Other recent U.S. and internationally-based Tom Hoch projects include: The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain (Marana, Arizona); The Members’ Golf Club at The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota (Florida); Farm Links Golf Club (Alabama); Renaissance Golf Club (Massachusetts); TPC Valencia (California); Zavidovo Golf and Lake Resort (Russia); and Tulsa Country Club (Oklahoma); multiple projects with Troon Golf; Apes Hill Club (Barbados); and The Abaco Club (Bahamas).
