TORONTO – Hollas, an established apparel brand in the Canadian golf market, is seeking to increase its U.S. presence with an expanded collection of shirts for Spring 2011.
The company offers its lines in three color groups – Urban, Island and Oasis – designed to appeal to a wide demographic. These collections feature performance polo shirts, woven dress shirts, pants, shorts and performance outerwear that offer function on the course with stylings that can be worn off the course.
“Hollas is recognized very much as a functional, high-performing line for golfers. Our new products will offer these same traits but with a relaxed look for after golf,” said Don Nichols, founder of Hollas and partner of parent company, Second Skin Garment Company. “Response at the PGA Fall Expo and other shows has been very positive and we are already experiencing great bookings from some of the leading resorts and country clubs in the United States.”
Hollas is offering new Coolmax dress shirts and performance polo shirts in all three of its product groupings in styles ranging from solids and stripes to color blocks and plaids. The Urban collection features basic colors such as white, black and gray. Island provides a more colorful palette of pinks and plums along with blacks and whites. Oasis offers a brighter array of blues, ambers and mauves. All of the Hollas shirts feature the company’s proprietary XFC moisture management with suggested retail prices ranging from $59.95 to $89.95.
