Softspikes® Captures Dual-Win Weekend

#1 cleat on tour wins the CVS/Pharmacy LPGA Classic and the Nationwide Tour’s Miccosukee Championship; Black Widow® Tour™ takes 2nd place at PGA Tour’s Frys.com Open

BRENTWOOD, Tenn., October 18, 2010 … Softspikes®, the world’s best-selling golf cleat brand and maker of the #1 Cleat on TOUR, captured dual victories this weekend in professional golf, as the winners of the CVS/Pharmacy LPGA Classic and the Nationwide Tour’s Miccosukee Championship wore the Softspikes-brand.

Additionally, 34 of the top 46 finishers at the CVS/Pharmacy LPGA Challenge and 27 of the top 35 finishers on the Nationwide Tour donned Softspikes. In other tour news, 16 of the top 27 finishers at the PGA TOUR’s Frys.com Open wore Softspikes, while BLACK WIDOW® TOUR™, golf’s hottest new cleat, captured second place.
