IRVINE, CA – November 3, 2010 – FOURTEEN GOLF, recognized as a worldwide leader in wedge design and a known favorite amongst top touring golf professionals, announced today that many future PGA Professionals used a signature MT-28 V5 Wedge as well as other FOURTEEN GOLF equipment to qualify through the first stage of the PGA Tour National Qualifying Tournament.
The PGA Q-School represents life changing dreams and opportunities. Hundreds of talented golfers endure three qualifying stages to reach the final stage and then only the top 25 golfers will become a PGA Professional. According to FOURTEEN GOLF COO Marcy Kamoda, “We are proud that seven highly skilled golfers played FOURTEEN GOLF equipment to finish in the Top-10. It is a real honor to have these gifted players use our product in hopes of reaching the ultimate dream – being on the PGA Tour.”
There were multiple locations where golfers could try and endure the first round or stage of the PGA Q-School. On the Stonebridge Ranch Country Club in McKinney Texas, two individuals played FOURTEEN GOLF equipment to tie for second and fifth. Amongst the beauty and pine trees on Pinewild Golf Course of Pinehurst, one golfer relied on a MT-28 V5 Wedge to tie for fifth place. At the Callaway Gardens location on the Mountain View Golf Course four golfers used FOURTEEN GOLF products to finish in the Top-10.
FOURTEEN GOLF recognizes these golfers who are succeeding in the stressful process of the PGA Q-School. “We want to congratulate these players for making one large step closer to being a PGA Professional,” adds Kamoda.
