Today the Science and Motion Sports team began their travel from a wide range of locations. SAM PuttLab / BalanceLab equipment is on its way from Europe and points across the USA to the NGCA and GCAA collegiate coaches convention in Las Vegas, Nevada.
SAM National Sales Manager Jef Carr told golf writers today from Sweden, “We’re happy to bring all of our products together for the two convention meetings as well as the Sunday College Combine. We are looking forward to showcasing our technologies in Vegas. I think the college coaches are a very solid audience who can benefit by using the SAM technologies to help train their student-athletes to perform to the highest levels. I also personally believe that high technology is a tremendous recruitment tool. The best programs generally attract the most talented young student-athletes.”
Glen Coombe, “The Putting Doctor” will travel from South Carolina to support the SAM efforts. Glen is a GCAA member and will continue on to San Francisco after the convention for a three day appearance at The Golf Lab in San Carlos, California. He said, “This is a great ten day trip for me. I’m happy to be seeing some of the coaches I’ve only had opportunity to speak with via telephone or had emails with. The college combine will expose the SAM PuttLab to a new and wide ranging audience. I’m sure many students and their parents aren’t aware of the technology.”
Coombe went on to say, “After three days with the collegiate coaches I’ll be on my way to the San Francisco bay area and will be with our SAM customer The Golf Lab in their new San Carlos location. We have lots going on Thursday, Friday and Saturday with SAM PuttLab analysis as well as a putting clinic. The Golf Lab is the premier bay area site for golf training. Their state of the art facility is home to the latest from Science and Motion.”
