DALLAS, December 3 – Just in time for the holiday shopping season, the most innovative and versatile golf shoe on the market is now available at select national retailers across the country.
The TRUE tour, the first shoe offered by TRUE linkswear, is now for sale at five PGA TOUR Superstores in the U.S. – three in Georgia, one in Arizona and one in Texas. In Canada, Golf Town will carry the TRUE tour.
The first golf shoe built on a barefoot platform, the TRUE tour is the lightest golf shoe on tour and features the thinnest sole in golf. The innovative golf shoe is worn on the PGA Tour by Ryan Moore, an investor and co-founder of the company.
TRUE footwear was inspired by an emerging barefoot trend in running, where many shoes have shifted away from highly-engineered structures, such as arch supports and heavily-cushioned heels, to a shoe that better utilizes the anatomical features of the foot. The idea is that nature’s engineering is best, and that a minimalist shoe with an ergonomic traction system allows a golfer’s body to naturally stabilize itself while feeling the course like never before.
TRUE tour shoes are available in four color combinations and have a retail price of $159. In addition to the national outlets, other regional retailers can be found on their web site at www.truelinkswear.com.
