Dream Golf Vacation to Pinehurst Resort Awaits David Slotto of Reno, NV
(JUPITER, FL) – The National Golf Foundation (NGF) announces more than 1,000 lucky golfers recently became winners in its first American Golf Census Sweepstakes.
David Slotto of Reno, NV was awarded one of the six grand prizes. He and a buddy will enjoy a three-day trip to Pinehurst Resort highlighted by a round of golf on its famed No. 2 course. Airfare, lodging and ground transportation are also included in the exceptional prize package.
“I am still in shock that I won,” says Slotto. “As an avid golfer, it’s always been a dream of mine to visit Pinehurst. I can’t wait to tackle the No. 2. Thank you to the NGF and its American Golf Census for making this experience possible.”
The first phase of the American Golf Census – offering trips to Pinehurst, Pebble Beach, Scotland and Ireland; golf instruction at the ANNIKA Academy in Orlando, FL; a tournament weekend in Augusta, GA and equipment from Callaway, Nike and TaylorMade – ended November 2.
Visitors to www.americangolfcensus.com can currently enter the newest Short Game Sweepstakes and win a trip for two to a Dave Pelz Scoring Game Clinic at PGA National Resort & Spa, as well as putters and wedges from Callaway, Nike and TaylorMade. More prizes are scheduled to be revealed in early 2011.
The American Golf Census presents golfers with a unique opportunity to support the game. The information obtained from the Census helps demonstrate the size and passion of the golfing audience to policymakers and others. Census participants are automatically entered into the sweepstakes.
