TEMPE, AZ January 5, 2011 – Dixon Golf has hired David Markridge as their new Vice President of Sales. With sales having more than tripled in 2010 from 2009 Markridge’s expertise is a necessary addition.
Markridge will run all phases of sales operations, including international distribution and Dixon Golf’s emerging retail sales channel.
“We wanted to bring someone on board who had vast experience in the retail market space, which is a segment that we’re capitalizing on. David brings experience in retail and wholesale sales as well as working with our 18 international distributors,” said Dixon Golf CEO William Carey.
Markridge comes to Dixon Golf from Pathways, LLC, where he was Director of Sales and Marketing. His previous experience centers around client development, managing sales forces and key accounts.
Markridge holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from San Francisco State University, where he also won a letter in football. He lives in Peoria, AZ with his wife, Gina and two teenage children.
