McHenry, Illinois (January 6, 2011) Recently opened Metamora Fields located in Metamora, Illinois has selected Crescent Systems to provide integrated business software to link all their departments and member-facing services. They will utilize Crescent’s modules for Membership Management, Retail Point-of-Sale, Inventory Control, Tee Time Management, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger. In addition, Crescent’s Event Manager and Fine Dining Point-of-Sale software will automate all their restaurant and banquet / catering functions. Implementation of Time Clock, Internet Mass Mailer and Integrated Credit Card Processing – in addition to the Club Manager Executive Dashboard – will round out the complete solution suite.
Metamora Fields was designed by professional golfer and 13-time tournament winner, D.A. Weibring, and lead architect Steve Wolfard. Metamora’s classic golf course focuses on being “playable” for golfers at every skill level.
The Clubhouse opened for business in late 2010 while the 18-hole golf course is progressing towards completion and is scheduled to open in time for summer of 2011. The Club is already busy booking events for the 2011 season.
