MAUMEE, OHIO – aboutGolf, the world leader in indoor golf simulator technology, and custom club-maker Henry-Griffitts, announced today that they will host several golf instruction demonstrations at the upcoming PGA Merchandise Show, January 27-29, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando.
PGA teaching professional Ben Witter and Henry-Griffitts founder Randy Henry will present demonstrations at the aboutGolf booth, No. 3243, on Thursday, January 27th at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., Friday, January 28 at 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. and Saturday, January 29 at 10 a.m.
Topics for the instructional demonstrations will include “Enhancing Your Instructional Programs Indoors”, “Launch Monitor Technology & Clubfitting”, “Teaching & Clubfitting Using aG Technology”, “Immersive Play Technology & Course Management” and “Power”.

Thursday, January 27 at 10 a.m. : Enhancing Your Instructional Programs Indoors
This session will cover year-round application of indoor technology; the benefits of controlled and private environments; the importance of accurate ball flight representation; aG Flix video analysis capabilities; aG Balance force plate technology capabilities; group instructional applications, clinics, etc.; distance control; and club charting.
Thursday, January 27 at 2 p.m. : Launch Monitor Technology & Clubfitting
This session will highlight how to enhance clubfitting programs with aboutGolf technology; how to accurately track statistical differences between sample clubs; how to help build a repetitive swing with sensory feedback; how to eliminate compensations with sensory deprivation; and how to evaluate ball flight patterns, spin, launch angle and true data.
Friday, January 28 at 11:30 a.m.: Teaching & Clubfitting Using aboutGolf Technology
This session will cover identifying common swing flaws; designing templates for self diagnostic improvement; aG Balance technology to help improve balance, weight transfer and sequential timing; and ball flight demonstrations.
Friday, January 28 at 3:30 p.m.: Immersive Play Technology & Course Management
In this session, Ben Witter and Randy Henry will play a hole on the aboutGolf Simulator to demonstrate the importance of graphics, ball flight, reality, course design and replication and competitive models. As well, they will cover income opportunities, facility enhancement and course management benefits of aboutGolf technology.
Saturday, January 29 at 10 a.m.: Power Demonstration
This session will demonstrate how to use the aboutGolf simulator to recognize swing components that generate power and assess functional dynamics of the golf swing to discover improvement areas.
