Pellucid’s 2011 State of the Industry presentation drew a standing room only crowd for the morning session of its eighth annual gathering of industry thought leaders, major stakeholders, and the morbidly curious. Another 70 attended the afternoon session, making this the most attended event in Pellucid’s history.

• The re-emergence of discounting and how the digital world is enabling it
• Is institutional mediocrity at the golf shop counter more costly than anyone knows?
