Custom club-fitting experience enhanced through 3D & 2D body and swing analysis

(SCOTTSDALE, AZ) – Hot Stix Golf – the leading custom clubfitter for golfers, from Tour professionals to recreational players, who are serious about improving their games -announces the addition of a whole new experience for their clients: “SwingAMP™ – Amplify Your Game.”.

“We are looking forward to advancing our relationship with Tim Ummel and Chris Homrich, Managing Partners of Innovative Sports Ventures, by integrating their body and swing analysis platform, ‘SwingAMP’, inside of our new world headquarters,” says Mike Helfrich, General Manager of Hot Stix Golf. “We can now provide our clients the latest in advanced motion technology through objective data capturing a 360 degree view of the body during the golf swing. This real-time motion capture of the entire body now takes us past providing not only the ultimate in custom club fitting but is also very insightful objective data for our clients to use as they continually work to improve their game.”

SwingAMP service and technology will be offered initially at Hot Stix Golf’s new 7,500 square-foot indoor club-fitting world headquarters, their outdoor fitting center at Legend Trail Golf Club and through the “golfcation packages” with The Boulders Resort & Spa. Clients can choose one of three packages: a complete 3D Biomechanics body analysis, a full 2D Flight analysis that captures ball flight and launch characteristics or the complete package that incorporate the first two offerings plus a full physical body assessment. All of the captured data will be retained in the SwingAMP repository databank for future access by the client’s club fitter at Hot Stix Golf, their personal golf instructor or for their own personal progress assessment.

“Amateur, professional and TOUR players alike have always trusted Hot Stix Golf to determine the equipment best suited for their game. Chris and I recognized that technology is now at a place where we can offer those same clients objective feedback, that up until now, only Tour players were receiving,” says Tim Ummel, of ISV. “By utilizing technology that is now available we can provide custom club fitters and swing instructors an actual ‘unbiased look’ at the golfer’s body and swing characteristics. More real-time data can be captured than even the highest shutter speed cameras on the market today. This is truly gamechanging.”

Additional Hot Stix Performance Centers are located in California, Westchester County, NY and Orlando, FL, with several more opening in the next 12 months. Each facility employs the industry’s most highly certified cub fitters, all rigorously trained to interpret intricate and precise swing data to determine the best equipment combinations. Trusted by scores of Tour players, including winners of multiple major tournaments, Hot Stix takes the guess work out of selecting new clubs and improves equipment that is mass produced and bought off the rack.

Appointments for Hot Stix Performance Centers as well SwingAMP sessions are scheduled online at www.hotstixgolf.com or by calling 877.513.1333.
