Carmel, Indiana Tracy Chapman, director of Body Balance for Performance® of Indianapolis, is excited to have a Body Balance franchise center in Carmel, Indiana. The golf-specific fitness company opened its new center earlier this year which is located at 1000 3rd Avenue S.W., Suite 100, Carmel, Indiana 46032.
“We are excited that our doors are now open,” Tracy said. “We are located near many of the golf clubs in the area, making it convenient for our clients to reach us.”
Body Balance for Performance is a golf-specific health and fitness company that has been around since 1985. The Golf Fitness Experts at Body Balance for Performance specialize in the identification of body limitations, the assessment of the effects these limitations have on the golf swing, and the development of customized golf-specific fitness training programs.
Tracy Chapman is an authorized and certified TPI Golf Fitness Instructor, Golf Performance Coach and TPI Junior Developmental Coach.
An Indianapolis native, Tracy played competitive sports at an early age, excelling through dedication and practice. Tracy holds a BA in Business, Marketing from Indiana University, where she also earned All-American Honors while competing on the I.U. Women’s Golf Team.
Post graduation, she joined the professional ranks and competed successfully on various golf tours, playing all over the world.
Tracy transitioned from playing to teaching and coaching golf. In 2006, she became involved with the Titleist Performance Institute and golf performance training. She has had the opportunity to work with high school, collegiate, competitive amateurs and professional golfers. Tracy continues to advance her profession and is now the owner of the Indianapolis Body Balance for Performance Center.
