All three use Speedline drivers and Idea irons to claim trophies

PLANO, TEXAS, February 22, 2011 – In one extraordinary weekend, Adams Golf staff members Aaron Baddeley, Yani Tseng and Bernhard Langer all raised trophies while representing a single equipment company. Baddeley won the PGA Tour’s Northern Trust Open, Tseng won the Honda LPGA Thailand tournament and Langer won the Champions Tour’s ACE Group Classic. All three Adams Golf staff members played aerodynamically-designed Speedline drivers in addition to their industry-leading Idea irons.

Each of the victories for the Adams Golf team marked a significant accomplishment in their respective careers. Baddeley’s win at the Northern Trust Open was his first since 2009, his third career PGA Tour victory and secured his invitation to the 2011 Masters. Tseng’s victory at the LPGA Thailand event was her third worldwide win in as many weeks, securing her spot at the top of the Rolex Rankings for the second week in a row. Langer set a tournament record with a 20-under 196 total and earned his 14th trophy since joining the Champions Tour.

En route to victory, Baddeley played the Speedline FAST 10 driver (10.5 degrees), a Speedline F11 fairway wood (15 degree), an Insight fairway wood (18.5 degree), Idea Pro Black irons (3-PW) and a Puglielli wedge (56 degree). Tseng used the Adams Golf Speedline 9032LS driver (9.5 degree), a Speedline fairway wood (3), two Idea a7 hybrids (19 and 22 degrees) and Idea Tech a4 irons (4-PW). Langer carried the Speedline F11 driver (8.5 degree), an Insight fairway wood (3), an Idea Pro hybrid (18 degree) and Idea Pro Black irons (6-PW).

“To have our staff players win all three tournaments this weekend was history-making for Adams Golf,” said Chip Brewer, President and CEO of Adams Golf. “As far as we know, no single brand has been represented in the winner’s circle on all three major tours on the same weekend. These three victories are really an incredible validation of the quality of the equipment that we take great pride in making for each of them. All of us at Adams Golf are extremely proud of Aaron’s, Yani’s and Bernhard’s accomplishments and how well they represent our company, both on and off the course.”
