Rae, who graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, has held several different roles over his ten years at Cleveland® Golf/Srixon®. Initially hired as a shaft research engineer, he was responsible for testing and qualification of all shafts used in production products. He moved on to serve as a Research Engineer and later as the manager of the Research Group. During that period, Rae and his team were key contributors for various products ranging from the Launcher® series of woods, to the HiBORE® driver, to the TA7™ irons and CG15™ wedges.
