PRAGUE, Czech Republic – In early February, EXEGOLF completed the second phase of its development with the launch of its “Community” section. EXEGOLF is a website for serious and recreational golfers who want to keep up with current golf news plus meet then interact with golfers around the world. When fully launched, EXEGOLF will provide a unique mix of golf information, connectivity, entertainment, and applications for golf enthusiasts all over the world.
EXEGOLF initially launched with its “Magazine” section that provides regular reports from PGA, LPGA and European Tour events at the moment. Through the “Community” portal on EXEGOLF, golfers can invite other golfers to join EXEGOLF through email and most social media sites. After a short registration, golfers can socialize online with other golfers in their backyard and in other countries. “It’s social media for golfers without all the non-golf back chatter,” says Scott Martin, copywriter and author of more than 10 books about golf. “The best thing about golf is meeting other golfers. EXEGOLF makes this happen.”
On EXEGOLF, golfers can share stories, plus chat about courses, tournaments, equipment, and more. And through their EXEGOLF membership, they can meet and organize games. EXEGOLF is available in English and Czech.
Additional EXEGOLF features currently under development include applications, photo and video galleries, interactive maps with EXEGOLF members, courses and other golf destinations, mobile phone solutions, and tournaments for EXEGOLF members. To keep the site focused on golf, EXEGOLF membership is free but available through a membership voucher or through invitation from another member.
“Respect for other people, observance of rules, ethics, etiquette-these are the traditional values of golf,” said EXEGOLF representative, Petr ÌÉå_emliÌãåka. “These values represent the most important part of the philosophy of the new EXEGOLF Community section.”
EXEGOLF is currently providing media members with a membership to EXEGOLF so they can experience the community and content first-hand. For a membership code, email petr.zemlicka@yoopse.com.
