VedbÆk, Denmark, February 25, 2011 – TrackMan is pleased to announce the addition of Brian Manzella and James Leitz to the list of guest speakers – already including Stanford Director of Men’s Golf Conrad Ray, Royal Canadian Golf Association National Golf Coach Henry Brunton, and TrackMan inventor Fredrik Tuxen – for the upcoming TrackMan Users Conference, scheduled for March 10 & 11, 2011, at the PGA Education Center and PGA Center for Golf Learning and Performance in Port St. Lucie, FL.
Brian Manzella was recently named as one of GOLF Magazine’s TOP 100 Golf Instructors in America. The owner of brianmanzella.com and a TrackMan customer for two years, Brian’s home base is English Turn G&CC in New Orleans, LA. Among Manzella’s successful students are 2001 PGA Champion David Toms and Indiana University standout Lindsay Gahm. Manzella will be sharing his unique insights and beliefs during a forty minute Q&A on March 10, followed up by live TrackMan lessons on Saturday morning, March 12.
James Leitz, the owner of leitzgolf.com, has been the PGA Head Professional at Pinewood Country Club in Slidell, LA, for the past 29 years. Leitz has been on the leading edge of teaching technology since the beginning, including being a TrackMan customer for the past four years. Leitz was a featured speaker at the 1994 and 2011 PGA Teaching & Coaching Summits and has spoken at over 30 National PGA education seminars throughout the country. On March 11, Leitz will be expanding on his highly acclaimed Club Performance and D-Plane Technology for Better Teaching presentation from this year’s PGA Teaching & Coaching Summit.
In addition to presentations from these top industry professionals, the TrackMan Users Conference main objectives include enhancing the understanding of TrackMan data and improving the use of TrackMan technology for all TrackMan users. The objectives will be accomplished through the presentations of significant research and insights about TrackMan data, the relationships amongst club delivery, launch conditions, and the resulting ball flight, as well best practices for coaching, fitting, practice, and technique. Further, attendees will receive significant training on the recently released TrackMan Performance Studio software.
