Conshohocken, Pa Body Balance for Performance, The Golf Fitness Experts™ launched the Winter Seminar Series for 2011. The second seminar is being held at the Body Balance for Performance Center on March 8th, 2011. The presenter is Amelia Rorer, LPGA Professional. Amelia will discuss the role that the hands play in the golf swing. There are three key hand positions needed during the golf swing to have success.
“We have been running the Winter Seminar Series here at Body Balance for Performance for the past three years. It gives the opportunity for golfers to continue working on their game when they can’t be on the course. March is the time to really start focusing on preparation for the game. This seminar is great way to get started” said David Ostrow, CEO of Fitgolf Enterprises, LLC, the owner of the Body Balance for Performance Program.
He continued “We have worked with Amelia for a few years. She has really helped us understand the game in great detail. She has great information that golfers will be able to take on the course with them.”
