Scottsdale, Ariz. (March 18, 2011) – Gateway Pro Tour announced that it will hold an 18-hole ‘Back Nine’ sponsorship event with one lucky winner earning entry into the final 9 tournaments of the 2011 Arizona Series (a value of $12,375).
“The 2011 season is off to a great start,” said Ryan Pray, Executive Director of Gateway Pro Tour. “Our January sponsorship event was a huge success and with more players coming to participate on our tour, it seemed like the perfect time to host a secondary event for the final nine of our 18-tournament Arizona Series.”
The ‘Back Nine’ sponsorship event will take place at Vista Verde Golf Club on Wednesday, March 30, 2011. Entry into the event is $350 and is open to members and non-members. The deadline for entry is Friday, March 25 (5:00 pm MST). Applications will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. Players can register online HERE or download and mail the application HERE.
In addition to the winner walking away with free entry into the final 9 tournaments of the Arizona Series, the top 30% of the field will get paid, making this sponsorship event worth playing for.
