Organization’s Members to Benefit from World-Class Equipment Analysis
(SCOTTSDALE, AZ) – Hot Stix Golf – the leading custom club-fitter for golfers, from Tour professionals to recreational players, who are serious about improving their games – announces that it has been named the official club-fitting partner of the Trans-Mississippi Golf Association.
As part of this agreement, top finishers at Trans-Mississippi championships will be awarded certificates for Hot Stix services, ranging from single putter or driver fittings to a full 14-club evaluation. Association members and players will also receive special offers on fittings and be able to test equipment under the trained eyes of Hot Stix staff members during practice rounds at key events.
“Our highly-certified fitting team is dedicated to helping members of the Trans-Mississippi Golf Association maximize on-course performance,” says Hot Stix Golf CEO Mark Flynn. “Through scientific analysis of their swing data, we’ll help them lower scores by determining the equipment that provides optimum distance and accuracy.”
Through this new relationship, Hot Stix has also agreed to support the Trans-Mississippi Golf Association with a generous donation to its Turf Scholarship program. Founded in 1953, the scholarship benefits students in the undergraduate study of golf course turf maintenance.
“This partnership allows us to offer all our members an incredible program that will help them fulfill their potential on the course,” says Kim Richey, Executive Secretary of the Trans-Mississippi Golf Association. “Hot Stix is clearly the leader in the club-fitting world and we know its services will be extremely valuable to our organization.”
Trusted by scores of Tour players, including winners of multiple major tournaments, Hot Stix takes the guess work out of selecting new clubs and improves equipment that is mass produced and bought off the rack. Measuring loft, lie, shaft frequency, swing and ball speed, launch angle, spin rates, smash factor and other variables, Hot Stix perfectly configures clubs to each player’s distinct swing.
Hot Stix Performance Centers are located in Northern and Southern California, Scottsdale, Westchester County (NY), Dallas and Orlando, with several more opening in the next 12 months. Each facility employs the industry’s most highly-certified cub fitters, all rigorously trained to interpret intricate and precise swing data to determine the best equipment combinations.
