Ranked #67 in Golf Digest’s Top 100 Greatest Public Courses for 2011/2012
(BEND, OREGON) – Tetherow Golf Club in Bend, Oregon debuted in Golf Digest’s ranking of the top 100 courses you can play in America for 2011/2012. This David McLay Kidd design made it’s first appearance in this prestigious ranking with a slotting at #67. Tetherow was ahead of notables such as Pelican Hill Golf Club, The Greenbrier (Greenbrier) and Trump National – Los Angeles, to name a few. Pebble Beach Golf Links topped the ranking and held its position as the #1 course for the second consecutive rating period.

Golf Digest rankings are based on evaluations from over 1000 Golf Digest rating panelists who score courses on seven criteria including shot values, resistance to scoring, design variety, memorability, aesthetics, conditioning and ambiance. The scores are averaged, totaled and for the first time ever were reviewed by accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers.
