(June 8, 2011) – GolfNow.com, the Internet’s largest online tee time reservation service, and Active Golf, a leading provider of organization-based computing applications, announced today a multiyear partnership to drive rounds and revenues while increasing exposure for participating golf facilities.
Under terms of the agreement, Active Golf, a division of Active Network, will provide an electronic tee sheet interface to the GolfNow online reservation system, adding significant new opportunities for courses to market tee times to golfers. Active Network’s participating courses now have the opportunity to integrate the company’s electronic tee sheets – Fairways Systems, GolfeNetwork, Jencess, and OpenCourse – enabling golfers to view and reserve tee times electronically through the Internet.
