King of Prussia, Pa. – Most golfers work on their technique and spend money on state-of-the-art equipment but many forget their most importance asset in golf; their bodies. At the Julian Krinsky School of Golf, students play over 25 area courses and driving ranges, play an 18-hole tournament on Friday, and still make time for weekly training at Body Balance for Performance in Conshohocken, Pa.
Trainers from Body Balance use Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) workouts in additional to custom created programs for Krinsky’s junior golfers. The workouts are developed for specific instruction for 7-17 year olds based on the ages, skill level and developmental stage of each player.
“Many golfer actually have a golf fitness handicap that is higher than their golf handicap,” said Julian Krinsky. “Students have no idea that training off the course works hand-in-hand with lower scores, further distances, less injury and the opportunity to really excel at golf.”
Whether it’s stretching, cardio, or developmental and motor skills training, all exercises are performed under close supervision to ensure proper form, usage of correct muscles and age-specific development.
PGA- and EGTF-qualified professional instruction from the Julian Krinsky School of Golf for players of all levels. Golf camp students work on fundamentals and swing mechanics every morning, then play 9-15 holes every afternoon with individualized small-group instruction on the golf course. Our golf camp integrates fundamentals, practice, physical training, course management and mental toughness with an 18-hole tournament on Fridays. Ages 8-17. http://jkcp.com/golf
