Marlborough, MA- The good news continues for CHAMP this week being the winner of three tour events. CHAMP is proud to announce that the winner of the PGA Tour, the European Tour and the FUTURES Tour all wore CHAMP spikes to bring them to their victory.
The PGA Tour played the Travelers Championship at TPC River Highlands in Cromwell, Connecticut. The story for CHAMP is the consistency seen on tour as weekly top spots are captured by the CHAMP family of products. As a first-time U.S. winner the victor and five of the top ten players chose CHAMP spikes. The other story is the introduction of the new Zarma fits PINS spikes, which are quickly on the rise as the choice of competing professional golfers.
On the European Tour this week at the BMW International played in Munich, Germany, the winner took first place after a five-hole playoff. The CHAMP following on this tour continues to be strong with 72% of the entire field playing in the #1 Brand on Tour. Of the top ten finishers eight were playing in CHAMP spikes.
As good things come in three’s, the LPGA FUTURES Tour played the Wins Island Resort Championship with another first time victory as Stephanie Kim won by two shots at the Sweetgrass Golf Club in Michigan. The LPGA FUTURES tour is another area of continued growth as percentages of players is growing weekly in favor of CHAMP spikes.
