LEBANON, PA. (June 28, 2011) – LebanonTurf named Dave Dell Director of Marketing. Dell is responsible for strategic marketing planning and implementation, product strategy and development and distribution channel management. He leads the marketing function for the fertilizer, seed and biological product portfolios that make up the professional division of the Lebanon Seaboard Corp. of companies.
Dell was previously Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Wenger’s Feed Mill, Inc., an animal feed and nutrition company. He also held several key management positions, including Senior Director-Product Marketing, at CNH America, LLC, an agriculture and construction equipment manufacturer.

Dell serves on the Board of Directors of the Lancaster County Agriculture Council, a non-profit that promotes the agricultural interests of Lancaster County, Pa. Additionally he serves on the Board of Directors with PennAg Industries, a member-based trade association representing agribusiness in and around Pennsylvania.
Dell earned a bachelor’s of science degree in Agricultural Systems from Penn State University. He serves on the Board of the Penn State Alumni Association and on the Board of the College of Agriculture Alumni Society.
