PGA Tour Player K.J. Choi finished 2nd at the AT&T National played at Aronimink Golf Club in Pennsylvania. Choi, using his SuperStroke Fatso putter grip, led the field in birdies (21) and in putts made over 10 feet (14). The Fatso, 1.67″ in diameter, is the largest of the patented non-tapering grips SuperStroke has to offer.
The 2nd place finish was K.J’s 5th top 10 in his last 8 events, which includes his victory at The Players Championship in May. He has now moved up to 2nd in the FedEx Cup points race and to 14th in the Official World Golf Rankings.
Since switching to the SuperStroke grip in 2006, Choi has earned over $16.5 million dollars with 6 PGA Tour victories.
