Russell Knox shoots 68-66-63-66 to win first career victory, using SeeMore Si3 putter
(Franklin, TN – FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE) At the Nationwide Chiquita Classic last week, SeeMore Putter Company Tour rep and SPi (SeeMore Putter Institute) certified putting teacher Ted Gallina found a willing student early in the week in Russell Knox of Scotland, a great young Scottish player who attended Jacksonville University in Florida. Knox had already advanced from Monday qualifier status early in the 2011 season all the way to top 30 on the money list heading into the Chiquita Classic in Cincinnati with some phenomenal all around play this season. And Knox was well on his way to becoming one of the young stars of the future. Yet like most golfers, Knox was still interested in learning more about how he might be able to improve the overall consistency of his putting and create a putting system likely to provide the greatest benefit over the long term. One that would help him win. Gallina worked with Knox for nearly an hour on Tuesday, covering all of the fundamentals of great putting that a lesson with an SPi (SeeMore Putter Institute) certified instructor will cover, focusing on the basics of grip, alignment, stance, and posture. 5 days later, Knox would be raising the winner’s trophy high over his head for his first career victory!
According to Gallina, “every tour player that I talk to out on tour has the same putter questions as the average golfer, and Russell was no different.” Gallina went on to say that “we talked about fundamentals, about how a SeeMore putter could help him get into the correct positions to make a great stroke every time, and how a properly fit putter, in his case a bit longer than he had been using, would make a huge difference in his ability to put a consistently better putting stroke on the ball each and every time”.
Knox ended up working with a new black Si3 on the practice putting green, and Gallina could see his confidence growing with every stroke. Knox ended up putting the SeeMore putter in play on Thursday to start the event. Not only did he he go on to win the Nationwide Event, shooting an incredible 25 under par for his first tour victory and nearly $100,000, but he did it with great all around play and fantastic putting. He was 1st in the field in birdies with 28, 1st in fewest putts per round with an average of 26.8, and 1st in the field in putting average at 1.575 putts per green in regulation. He essentially dominated every phase of the game, also finishing 1st in GIR, and 3d in Driving accuracy.

RST Technology
SeeMore’s patented RST, known by a visible gun sight on the top line, allows the golfer to set up the putter perfectly each and every time in relation to the intended target line. This is accomplished by lining up the black bottom portion of the shaft between two white lines and covering a signature red dot on the
heel of the top line. The process is like locking radar onto a target. The two parallel white sight lines frame the shaft and serve as an indicator that the golfer is in perfect position to make a consistent and reliable stroke.
