SAN DIEGO, CA. – Heritage Golf Group announced that it has signed another management agreement with SPE GO Holdings to provide oversight of the operations at The Eagles Golf Club in Tampa, Florida.
The Eagles Golf Club represents Heritage Golf Group’s sixth management business relationship since 2010, bringing the Heritage Golf Group portfolio to 27 owned and managed courses. Heritage Golf Group continues to expand its business model to offer golf management and consulting services to owners.
This is Heritage Golf Group’s fifth transaction with SPE GO Holdings, for providing either monitoring or management services. As the management company, Heritage Golf Group now has full responsibility for all areas of operation at The Eagles Golf Club, including sales, marketing, maintenance, and food and beverage.
“Under this new management agreement with SPE GO Holdings, we will provide unique personal attention to the operation utilizing the significant resources that we have available in the immediate market area,” said Andy Crosson, Executive Vice President of Heritage Golf Group. “Our goal will be to improve operating efficiencies and operating results, all while maintaining a high quality level of service in order to provide the owner with the opportunity to execute a successful exit strategy.”
The Eagles Golf Club features two 18-hole championship golf courses. The Lakes Course features and abundance of water as it comes into play on virtually every hole. This 18-hole course measures over 7,100 yards and is more like the traditional Florida course with “Champion” bermuda greens and generous driving areas.
The Forest Course features highly contoured fairways and strategically placed greens. This course measures 6,700 yards and features the signature island-green, par-3 sixth hole, which offers golfers a thrilling challenge. In addition to golf, The Eagles offers amenities including practice range, swimming pool and playground area.
