Ultra-hip styles you’ll want to wake up for, even after a long night on the town
(TORONTO) – Quagmire – the Toronto-based apparel brand founded by two buddies with a passion for golf, surf, skate and street culture – will roll out its 2012 Golf and Kids lines and premiere Arnie – a collection of Arnold Palmer looks – at Booth 327 during the PGA Expo, August 23-24 in Las Vegas, NV.
On-site at the show will be Creative Director Geoff Tait and Sales Director Bobby Pasternak. The guys, often described as a “party on wheels,” will share good times with old friends, make new ones and show-off amazing pieces from all three collections. These include mind-blowing ColorFusion shirts for kids and adults that change color with heat, and the highly-anticipated Arnie designs inspired by Palmer’s actual wardrobe in the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s.
“With everything we’ve got going for 2012, Bobby and I are totally pumped to rock Vegas,” says Tait. “Retailers, consumers and media have been loving the pieces from all three new collections, and we can’t wait to share them with even more folks from throughout the golf and fashion industries.”
Collections details:
• Arnie: The re-envisioned Arnold Palmer line will ship in three deliveries for 2012 with each collection (50s, 60s, 70s) having styles and fits based on the looks that were popular during that particular decade. There is also a Timeless collection with delivery throughout the year. Highlight pieces include Palmer Performance garments with outstanding technical characteristics.
• Quagmire Golf: Continuing to add Quagmire’s fun, distinctive twist to boring golf clothing, the 2012 collection for men and women showcases reversible pieces, earth-tone jackets and color-fade designs. The wide range of styles include hip polos, T-shirts shorts, skirts, dresses, hoodies, jackets, accessories and more – many of which feature the brand’s exclusive Gud N’ Dri technical fabric.
• Quagmire Kids: The second year of kids clothing by the “big kids” from Toronto means more shirts, shorts, dresses, skirts, hoodies and accessories that will wow even the raddest boys and girls!
