Playing lessons begins Sept. 13 with episodes featuring top QBs Romo, Ryan and Rodgers; Steelers great Bettis reunited with college coach Lou Holtz
ORLANDO, Fla. (Sept. 9, 2011) – With the return of the National Football League to NBC Sports, Golf Channel is joining the celebration with five weeks of NFL-themed programming beginning Tuesday.
A special, four-part, NFL-themed Playing Lessons series begins Tuesday at 8 p.m. ET, and will feature current and former stars of the NFL, playing with PGA TOUR pro and current Golf Channel analyst Brandel Chamblee. Each Tuesday episode will air following a NBC Sunday Night Football telecast, which will showcase the current or former team of the NFL star featured on the show.
