At the BMW Championship played at Cog Hill, SuperStroke putter grip players had a chance to make it to East Lake and Play for the FedEx Cup Title.
SuperStroke Fatso user KJ Choi, who was virtually a lock to play in the Tour Championship, finished the week T10 after posting a 1-under par 70 in Sunday’s final round. This top 10 finish marks Choi’s 7th this year.
Joining KJ at East Lake is the 2011 PGA Championship runner-up. The former Auburn Tiger was on the bubble heading into the week but ended up finishing the week T6, securing his spot inside the top 30. The SuperStroke Slim Lite allowed this player to finish T7 in putts per round and also T2 in birdies for the week.
“If I got in, that was great, it would be a bonus,” said the player, who lost in a playoff in Atlanta last month at the PGA Championship.
With 2 players representing SuperStroke putter grips at the Tour Championship, SuperStroke Golf has can cap off a very successful 2011 season that featured 2 wins and over 10 million earned for some of the world’s best players.
