With the FedEx Cup coming to a close, SuperStroke Golf was well represented throughout the 2011 playoffs. Coming down to the final event, The TOUR Championship, two SuperStroke players capped off career years at East Lake, led by the 2011 Players Champion KJ Choi.
Wrapping up the week T4 in putts per round, KJ Choi trusted his SuperStroke Fatso and finished T3 at East Lake. The SuperStroke Fatso, a 1.67″ diameter jumbo putter grip, enhances the pendulum stroke and helps take the wrists out of putting. This finish also pushed him up to 4th on the PGA Tour money list for the year, earning over $4 million.
Joining Choi in the TOUR Championship was the former Auburn Tiger and runner up in the 2011 PGA Championship. This player finished T13 at East Lake using his SuperStroke Slim Lite and continued to enjoy his best season on Tour, topping the $3 million mark.
SuperStroke Golf’s line of jumbo, non-tapering putter grips have helped over 100 Tour players in the last 24 months. The 2011 season has been highlighted by 2 wins and 19 top 10 finishes on the PGA alone, making it the #1 jumbo putter grip on the PGA Tour.
