Long Island, NY: Body Balance for Performance, The Golf Fitness Experts™ is continuing to run its golf fitness research in the Long Island Body Balance for Performance centers. This research will look at the physical causes of early hip extension (moving the pelvis towards the golf ball during the golf swing). Our goal is to identify physical factors that are linked to pain, inconsistency, or poor performance in golf. We hope to identify factors that help golfers play golf better, longer, safer and pain free.

“We only have a month left to run this research. Our goal is get as many participants as we can in the next few weeks before wrapping this up.” says Christina Panetta, Owner of Body Balance for Performance center in Long Island, NY. “The data we have found from the research seems to match up with the same research being done by other Body Balance centers across the country. We just hope to get a few more to help validate this information.”

The research is being done at the Body Balance for Performance centers in Long Island, NY. There are three locations in Long Island: 225 Howells Road in Bayshore, NY, 55 Bryant Avenue in Roslyn, NY and 833 Northern Boulevard in Great Neck, NY.

Body Balance for Performance is a 31-location enterprise dedicated to reviewing the golf swing from a unique angle-the golfer’s body. Based on the idea that a body limitation contributes to every swing flaw, Body Balance for Performance offers the most comprehensive set of golf fitness training and assessment tools to help you play better, more consistent golf with fewer aches and pains.
