(Nov. 18, 2011) – After losing last year’s tournament by just one stroke, the No. 1 team from TaylorMade Golf came out on top Sunday at the 2011 Golfweek Industry Cup at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach, Calif. Two teams from Ping followed TaylorMade in second and third place, while Fujikura took the first-place spot among the component manufacturing companies.
Sponsored by Fujikura, True Temper and UST Mamiya, the 2011 Golfweek Industry Cup brought together 23 teams from many of golf’s top manufacturing companies to not only compete for the title of Golfweek Industry Cup Champion, but also enjoy a weekend full of first-class golf, food, entertainment and more.
