ProQuip USA announced today that Mike Benning has been named as the company’s Territory Sales Manager in SE Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Eastern Connecticut. Mike joins a team of industry veterans who are leading the resurgence of ProQuip in the United States. Mike is tasked with expanding ProQuip’s distribution in a very strategic geography, since it is basically ProQuip USA’s back yard. Mike and ProQuip are especially interested in servicing everything from special fill-in orders to large charity and corporate outing tournament business going forward.

Mike was the recipient of the 2011 NJPGA Sales Rep of the Year award at the 10/31 NJPGA Fall meeting. Coincidentally, Mike also won the 2000 NJPGA Sales Rep of the Year award during his first year in the New Jersey Section. Mike was very gratified to win this award in both his first and last year in the New Jersey Section.
Mike currently represents Oxford Golf, EP Pro and Bob Timberlake as well as ProQuip. Mike’s experience with technical outerwear includes a former tenure with Zero Restriction, where he was the Salesman of the Year in 2007.
