Bob Williams Certified as AGCP Level 10 Qualified
Bob Williams, owner of The Pasadena Clubfitter, has been a professional club fitter and club repairer for more than 7 years in the San Gabriel Valley area of Southern California.
Prior to becoming a full time golf club fitter Bob worked for major corporations like GE and Sanyo Fisher-USA in executive sales and marketing positions. Additionally, he worked as an executive in the corporate turnaround business participating in turning around companies in 5 different industries. Bob has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Masters in Finance. Additionally, Bob holds Commercial and Instructor pilot certificates with over 20 thousand hours of pilot in command time.
Bob’s golf fitting and repair career started with Golfsmith schools followed by PCS and Mitchell advanced fitting and repair schools. Bob has been an active participant in the Association of Golf Fitting Professionals (AGCP) since its inception and has participated in all but 1 of the AGCP Round Table conventions in Columbus, GA.
Bob also is currently working on his Level II teaching certification from the U.S. Golf Teaching Federation (USGTF) and plans to use this additional golf swing knowledge to help him get the best possible fitting results for his customers.
Bob carries only the highest quality golf component lines, including Wishon, Alpha, and Infiniti heads and ACCRA, Aldila, KBS, Aerotech, FST, and SK Fiber golf shafts. He is dedicated to working with one customer at a time so he can achieve optimum results through custom club fitting. All fittings are by appointment either at his home/studio or at Santa Anita Golf Course in Arcadia California.

Requirements for Qualification at Level 10 are as follows:
Member of AGCP and has achieved Certification thru PCS or GCA testing, and/or has been building and fitting clubs for 5 or more years and/or appropriate schools or certification courses at PCS, Golfworks, Golfsmith, Mitchell, Dynacraft or attended Rifle or TT Black Gold Certification class. Member has a complete shop with hitting net, launch monitor, gauges for measuring shafts & heads and the ability to bend clubs to fit for loft and lie. Applicant’s equipment must include Launch monitor or swing analysis equipment similar to FlightScope, Trackman, Golf Achiever, Vector, Zeolocity, or other recognized equipment for swing testing. Member has bending equipment for loft and lie on irons, appropriate shaft removal equipment, equipment to spine shafts and measure frequency of shafts. Member has the ability to swing weight fit or MOI fit sets of golf clubs and has the approved equipment for such matching techniques. Member also has video capability with video cameras and software and/or teaching capabilities. Written and/or Verbal testing is required for certification at this qualification level.
