JIM LIGHT, the owner of PRO LINE SPORTS, INC and I GOTCHA HOLDINGS, LLC has filed suit in State Court against FEEL GOLF COMPANY, INC. for breach of contract, alleging that FEEL GOLF owes I GOTCHA $388,284.74 plus trademark infringement and unauthorized use of the likeness of Jim Light. This suit arises out of the Purchase and Sale of the assets of Pro Line Sports, Inc. and the Consulting Agreement with I GOTCHA.

Also, a suit was filed in Federal Court against FEEL GOLF COMPANY, INC. for patent infringement relative to U.S. Patents 5,908,214 and 7,073,228, the patents used to produce the best selling I GOTCHA RETRIEVERS and the I GOTCHA READY. Both patents are owned by I GOTCHA HOLDINGS, LLC and were previously licensed to FEEL GOLF. That license has been terminated.

A temporary injunction has been requested in both cases. A hearing date has not been set.
