Adair has been involved with the company since 2001. He intends to focus on growing the company’s worldwide licensee network, particularly in emerging golf markets.

Adair’s focus on the day-to-day operations of the company will allow SST founder Dick Weiss the freedom to further develop the company’s technology into areas outside of golf, which includes archery arrows, fishing rods, pool cues and elongated construction materials.
