Golf Technologies Xtreme, Inc. introduces its product line in addition to recognizing U.S. military heroes
Scottsdale, AZ January 9, 2012 – Golf Technologies Xtreme, Inc. (GTX) is participating in its first PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando, Florida on January 26-28, 2012. Attracting more than 40,000 golf industry professionals from around the world and nearly 1,000 golf manufacturers, the PGA Merchandise Show is golf’s global business platform joining industry leaders in growing the business, participation and interest in golf. GTX’s commitment to the tradeshow will enable the golf industry to get acquainted with their unique products for the very first time.
GTX produces golf equipment, practice aides and sports comfort products that personalize the game of golf while enriching one’s golfing experience.
The Tradition Putter is a premium mallet putter design available in standard, belly and over-length models. The putter can be personalized to an individual, event or organization using a variety of medallions, coins or printed graphics that are installed in the putter’s interior and viewed through a polycarbonate window much like a shadow box.
The putters incorporate a Cross-Groove face technology that helps to impart an immediate over-spin on the ball. Its high moment of inertia design coupled with a face balanced head provides a very stable ball roll in a variety of green conditions. The Tradition Putter’s pewter soleplate is hand crafted in the U.S. and contributes to the club’s rich graphics.
GTX will also be introducing the PermaTee driving range practice tee. The PermaTee will be the last practice tee you will ever need. The PermaTee is an environmentally friendly practice golf tee that is reusable and remains permanently in place in the grass until physically removed by the golfer. Its self-tapping base penetrates even the most compacted driving range soil with the use of its installation tool. The PermaTee can be installed at various tee heights to practice with drivers, fairway and hybrid woods, in addition to irons and wedges. Most importantly, the PermaTee remains at its installed height until the golfer is ready to lower or raise the tee height for a different club.
GTX rounds out its product introductions with the GTX Cooling Gear. The cooling towels, caps and visors keep you twenty degrees cooler than the outdoor ambient temperature using safe chemical beads that drop temperature rapidly when wet, and stay cool for hours. The cooling gear products are environmentally friendly as they are produced using recycled materials such as water bottles, milk jugs and old clothes and fabrics.
Golf Technologies Xtreme will kick off the PGA Merchandise Show with a military appreciation day on Thursday, January 26 in their booth beginning at 1:00 p.m. GTX will be hosting Major Ed Pulido, U.S. Army (Ret.) from the Warriors for Freedom and Folds of Honor organizations. Accompanying Major Ed will be Medal of Honor recipient Ronald Ray. Show attendees are encouraged to recognize these heroes by visiting the GTX booth (#1909) Thursday afternoon.
