Alexandria, VA – January 19, 2012 – The Club Managers Association of America is proud to announce today that it has named twenty-six new Certified Club Managers. The CCM title indicates that a club manager has completed a rigorous course of study and training and shows a dedication to, proficiency and expertise in the club industry.
The CCM designation has been the hallmark of professionalism in club management since 1965 and is the cornerstone of CMAA’s member recognition program. It is a valuable and widely-respected mark of a manager’s commitment to professional development and the club industry. In order to receive the CCM, one must be an active CMAA member for at least five years, invest time in the education requirements, attend at least one World Conference and maintain activity in their local chapter.
