Today, Pro Line Sports, Inc. and I Gotcha Holdings, LLC., in the Circuit Court of the 18th Judicial Circuit of Seminole County Florida, won an injunction against Feel Golf Inc. for breach of contract and failure to pay I Gotcha Holdings, LLC. as agreed.
The injunction prohibits Feel Golf Inc. from manufacturing, distributing or selling all golf products using the trademark I Gotcha. Feel Golf Inc. is also prohibited from using Jim Light’s name or likeness on any golf related products.
All licenses previously granted to Feel Golf Inc., as well as all other provisions, are terminated. Feel Golf Inc. must immediately cease using the trademark name I Gotcha or any iteration thereof.
