KemperLesnik Promotes Two Executives

Tom Valdiserri to executive vice president; Amy Littleton to senior vice president

CHICAGO and NORTHBROOK, Ill., January 25, 2012 – The Board of Directors of KemperLesnik , a leading public relations , sports marketing and events agency, today announced the election of Tom Valdiserri as executive vice president and Amy Littleton as senior vice president. This move comes after consecutive years of record growth at the agency and at the outset of an aggressive long term strategic plan.

As executive vice president, Valdiserri will continue his role as leader of the entire KemperLesnik agency, including implementing the long range strategic plan.

“Tom has provided tremendous leadership in growing KemperLesnik and expanding our suite of services while helping to build our client’s brands and businesses,” said Steve Skinner, CEO. “As one of the architects of the long range plan, in his role, Tom will lead the execution of the plan and continue to oversee the agency business.”

Over the past three years, Valdiserri oversaw the expansion of the EA SPORTS Maui Invitational, extending tournament relationships with ESPN and EA SPORTS and adding four teams and 11 games to the Tournament. During this time, the agency also added the McDonald’s All American Games, KitchenAid and a number of other clients to its roster.

With more than 30 years of sports marketing and communications experience, Valdiserri joined KemperLesnik in 2009 as senior vice president. Prior to joining KemperLesnik, Valdiserri served as senior vice president of entertainment and sports marketing at The Marketing Store . He has served on the board of USA Basketball and the Promotion Marketing Association, been Commissioner of the Continental Basketball Association and held executive positions at many Chicago-based sports marketing organizations, including Sports Partners/Italia Advertising and Frankel & Company.

Valdiserri holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame .

Littleton

In recognition of her leadership in growing KemperLesnik’s public relations practice, Amy Littleton has been promoted from vice president to senior vice president. In this role, Littleton will continue to oversee KemperLesnik’s public relations business.

In eight years with the firm, Littleton has led the group and its growing stable of world class corporations as clients, including Aon, Wilson Golf, Forsythe Technology, Prescient Solutions, the PGA of America and many others.

Littleton joined KemperLesnik after operating her own PR consultancy in Chicago and holding communications positions at Edelman , Slack & Company and General Mills.

Littleton is currently immediate past president of the Public Relations Society of America , Chicago Chapter . She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing from The Florida State University and a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago’s Graduate School of Business . She is a contributing author of the Handbook of Strategic Public Relations and Integrated Marketing Communications, second edition (McGraw-Hill; December 28, 2011).
