SANFORD, Fla. – Feel Golf Co., Inc., (OTCQB FEEL) repudiates any claims made against it by Pro Line Sports Inc. Pro Line Sports, Inc. is not a party to any temporary injunction. The Circuit Court of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit in Seminole County, Florida granted I Gotcha Holdings, LLC a temporary injunction preventing Feel Golf’s temporary use of the “Igotcha” trademark. This temporary injunction was issued after IGH was required to post bond, while awaiting a court date. No licenses have been terminated nor breach of contract has been adjudicated. Counter action against I Gotcha Holdings, LLC is in process.
